:( dragonboat sucks i hate dragonboat!my muscles are hurting like H E L L L L L L L L L .my back hurts my shoulders hurt my thigh hurts too LOL idk why >.> after dragonboating for like 2hrs today,we did warm up/down ? and then erm we went to RUN like really really far ._. i hate running + i had @#!#$#@ bad cramps so you have no idea how bad it was hahah,at first i still could jog but after a while i started walking then got no mood :> so i walk :D after that we did sprints T.T i hate running!!!!!!!hee i suck.i hate running D<>.> dint feel like eating but still ate hahaha.anyway after that took 33 to bedok interchange then took shutter bus to Ikea cause jolene needed to buy er the dragonboat seat.aiya no mood blog,bye.
